Go Looking

You have probably already been out looking, before you came to this website.
After you have finished your research here, go out looking again but this time
focus on looking for LOST or FOUND SIGNS along the road/street and at intersections.

Take paper and pencil to copy phone numbers.

Remember - Your safety comes first!
Take a friend or two with you.

NEVER GO ALONE

If you lost your pet, search for "FOUND" signs.
If you found a pet, search for "LOST" signs.
Make sure you clear your answering machine, before leaving.
One final note before you go looking again -
It has been reported that A scam started a few years ago. To the knowledge of this websites maintainer, it has never been seen or heard of here in the First Coast area, but if true, it is probably just a matter of time before it does appear.
Some unsavory folks put a FOUND sign or a LOST sign on a tree a little away off the street. You can only see the word FOUND or LOST clearly, the rest of the sign is a blur from the street…
DO NOT GET OUT TO LOOK! GO HOME and get your biggest friends who resemble the World Wide Wrestling Federation wrestlers, put them in the back seat and then return to the sign and you all get out at the same time.
The scam runs this way… you see the sign, you put the car in park, put on the four-way blinkers and run over to see what the sign says. You lose your wallet/purse, and your car and perhaps get a knot on the back of your head. Again, to the knowledge of this websites maintainer, it has never been seen or heard of here in the First Coast area, but if true, it is probably just a matter of time before it does appear.
